Build a bootcamp circuit

Tell it how long you have, roughly where you are, and what's in the room. It fills all six movement patterns, orders the stations so no two in a row work the same thing, solves the rounds backwards from your time, and hands the session to the timer with the station names attached.

Build it once and run the same circuit for three to four weeks before changing anything. That's what makes the next session comparable to the last one, which is the only way to know whether you're getting fitter rather than just getting different. This tool deliberately has no reshuffle button for that reason: swap a single station if one doesn't work in your space, and leave the rest alone. The reasoning is in the guide on building a circuit.
