    Settings

Tap the clock to pause. Keyboard: Space start or pause, ← → previous or next interval, F full screen.

The presets match the programs exactly, station names included: the beginner circuit is 30 seconds of work, 15 of rest, six moves, three rounds with 90 seconds between rounds; the HIIT session is the Tabata-style 20/10 over four moves and four rounds; the outdoor circuit is 45/15 over five stations and three rounds. EMOM starts a new interval every minute, or every however many seconds you set, and AMRAP counts down a time cap while you tap after each round. Beeps, a spoken station name and a vibration mark every switch, so the phone can sit on the floor across the room, and the screen stays on while the clock runs. Your settings stay in this browser for next time. For a session of your own, the circuit builder writes one and sends it here with the station names attached.
